Following the success of the 1st Ausy Talent Day in November 2021, Ausy, a high-tech consulting and engineering company, is organizing a new sports and recruitment day on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Paris La Défense Arena. In 2021, more than 130 candidates looking for a new professional adventure came to meet Ausy recruiters.

More than 300 positions are to be filled throughout France.

For this 2nd edition, Ausy is thinking even bigger to attract its future talents and is offering a recruitment day combining expertise, recruitment, conferences and gaming.

The profiles sought are students with 5 years of higher education for consulting positions (java/C#/C++ developers, systems engineers, data analysts, project managers, AMOA, etc.), sales managers or for more cross-functional positions (HR, marketing, communication, etc.).

Eight stands corresponding to the group's main areas of expertise will enable candidates to discover Ausy's business lines and know-how by talking directly with the group's experts in UX, agility, web development, AI, cloud, testing, embedded systems and cybersecurity.

Rahma Somai, an AMOA consultant at Ausy who signed her permanent contract at Ausy Talent Day 2021, recalls this extraordinary day: "I heard about the Talent Day organized by Ausy, I arrived at 10am and left with my job offer at 12:30pm! It was incredible, in 2.5 hours I was able to meet everyone: the experts, the HR teams and the managers. I started at Ausy in November 2021 and what I observe every day is a lot of respect, support and the importance of the human touch."

A day under the sign of sport

This day will focus on recruitment but also on sports, and more particularly esport and handisport.

This event is also an opportunity for Ausy to officially announce its partnership with a major French esport club: Gamers Origin. As such, several professional gamers will be present at the Paris La Défense Arena to face the candidates during several tournaments during the day.

As part of its commitment to inclusion and diversity, Ausy Talent Day will also be an opportunity to raise awareness of disability in the workplace.

Two conferences will be organized around the testimonies of Paralympic athletes: Sébastien Bichon, French champion in road and track racing and Marie Amélie Le Fur, double Paralympic gold medalist in long jump and 400m in 2016.

To go further, an introduction to handbikes will also be offered to all participants throughout the day at the Mission Handicap stand.
