The Ausy foodtruck and its donuts, ready to travel the roads of France to meet students!
Faced with an increasing war for talent, we decided to rethink our recruitment methods to make them less formal and more fun in order to illustrate our values and our corporate culture. A slightly crazy challenge, which we took up with the creation of our "Ausy Campus Tour" operation.
The principle? To have a foodtruck with Ausy's colors travel to 13 campuses in France to offer a sweet break to students while giving them the opportunity to exchange with Ausy recruiters in an informal way.
The objective? To shake up the recruitment process by coming to meet our future talents to allow them to get to know us better, and to present the opportunities we can offer them. It is also an opportunity to strengthen our relationships with the partner schools of the operation.

"The Ausy Campus Tour is an event that breaks the codes of traditional recruitment. By going directly to the campuses, we want to meet the students in a world where everything is now done by video and distance.
