As a responsible company, Ausy has taken a proactive approach to gender equality in the workplace.

As part of its corporate social responsibility policy, Ausy has set itself the objective of increasing the proportion of women in its workforce. In this respect, we are working to ensure that our employees receive equal pay at all stages of their careers and to promote equal opportunities in career paths for all employees, without distinction.

In addition, in accordance with the Avenir law of September 2018 for "the freedom to choose one's professional future", Ausy publishes all gender equality indexes every year.

This index measures 4 to 5 indicators: pay gap, pay rise distribution gap, promotion distribution gap (for entities with more than 250 employees), percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise when they return from maternity leave, and number of women and men in the 10 highest paid. It thus defines a score out of 100 points.

  • it’s also recalled that in 2021, Ausy France pursued a collective negotiation on gender equality in the workplace and deployed a five-pronged action plan to promote professional equality, namely:
  • hiring
  • professional promotion
  • active remuneration
  • work/life balance
  • QWL

It should be noted, however, that the consulting profession is not very feminized due to the sector of activity. In the support functions, the balance is more marked. Significant progress has already been made and the previous good result for the gender equality index has been confirmed.

Ausy gained a gender equality index of 89/100 for the year 2022 (for the financial year 2021).

As of December 31, 2021, Ausy France had 2,997 employees, including 2,298 men and 699 women.
