As a responsible company, Ausy has taken a proactive approach to gender equality in the workplace.
As part of its corporate social responsibility policy, Ausy has set itself the objective of increasing the proportion of women in its workforce. In this respect, we are working to ensure that our employees receive equal pay at all stages of their careers and we promote equal opportunities in their career paths for all employees, without distinction.
In addition, in accordance with the Avenir law of September 2018 for "the freedom to choose one's professional future" and the Rixan law of December 24, 2021 aimed to accelerating economic and professional equality, Ausy publishes all of the gender equality indexes every year.
This index measures 4 to 5 indicators: pay gap, pay rise distribution gap, promotion distribution gap (for entities with more than 250 employees), percentage of female employees receiving a pay rise when they return from maternity leave, and the number of women and men in the 10 highest paid positions. It thus defines a score out of 100 points.
It should also be noted that Ausy France has pursued collective bargaining on gender equality in the workplace and has deployed a six-pronged action plan to promote professional equality, namely :
- combating all forms of discrimination in hiring
- career development for men and women
- actual income for men and women
- work/personal life balance
- QWL
- raising awareness among company players
It should be noted, however, that there are few women in the consulting profession due to the sector of activity. In support functions, the balance is more marked. Significant progress has already been made and the previous good result of the gender equality index has been confirmed.
Ausy gains a gender equality index of 89/100 for the year 2023 (for the fiscal year 2022).
As of December 31, 2022, Ausy France had 2,807 employees.
As a reminder, for the year 2022 (for fiscal year 2021), Ausy also scored 89/100.
