In order to optimise our expertise and assure the success of our projects with commitment to results, the Group has set up a transversal Technical Management in charge of the steering and supervision, but also of capitalising on experiences and the resources set up, whether they be in Information Systems or in Industrial Systems

The transversal Technical Management brings the infrastructure, the methods, the expertise and the resources necessary to our teams in order to respond to the strong demands and constraints of the projects; whether they are in France and Europe, or also in Morocco, Eastern Europe, Russia or Asia.

The Technical Management makes it possible to homogenize and to combine the realisation processes set up within the Group in order to continuously improve the quality of deliverables. It also looks after the optimisation of costs by proposing solutions with the mutualisation of resources and teams (sharing locations, software...)

 


Acknowledgment of our high standards? Today the AUSY R&D Centre has a level 3 maturity on the CMMI systems and Anvar (National Agency in charge of Valorisation of Research) has awarded it the « innovating company » label in respect to:
