The search for pragmatism and the adaptability of the Quality Management System was the connecting thread of this approach. Today it integrates itself into AUSY's daily activities quite naturally.

AUSY's Quality approach foresees simple, adapted, effective procedures.
For services with Commitment to Results applied to the software development of different contexts and volumes, our Quality system foresees process adjustments. A Project Quality plan is thus drawn up during the launching of each project, taking into account the clients' demands. For services in Technical Assistance the follow-up planned together with our clients and our collaborators enables us to assure the job specifications are respected, with the right adequation of collaborators' profiles and their mutual satisfaction. They are measured thanks to indicators, periodic analysis during reviews by the Department (4 a year).
