Human Resources are at the heart of the action and development of the Group

« The quality of our recruitment is one of the keys to our success » Marianne Facon, Head of Internal Growth
AUSY has done everything to attract and mobilise the best talents. Our partnerships with engineering schools enables us to respond to our clients' demands for high qualifications, by recruiting the best adapted skills. We are developing accomplished relationships with over 10 Grandes Ecoles in Paris and the Regions and following up on these partnerships. We intervene regularly in their training programs so that the students benefit from our network of experts (development of practical cases and technical theme cases on the operational level ) and to inform students of the opportunities within the Group. We favour recruitment and hiring in the provinces because this allows us to match in real time the profiles being looked for and to propose to consultants, project managers or technical directors that we recruit real opportunities in their region. In this way we support the development of opportunities and labour pools in the regions. AUSY participates in numerous recruitment forums and student events all over France.

| The Recruitment process |
| Recruitment is decentralised in each Operational Department and each region. This way we privilege a flexible and reactive structure for our teams and also for the candidates, who quickly learn of their opportunities. |

exchanges and the coordination of information between the collaborators and the structure. Thanks to them, the Group regularly organises branch meetings (quarterly) at the different clients' sites, in AUSY offices or during festive events. These meetings often take place in the evening and represent privileged moments for getting to know the other teams, the management and the HRD. Their objective is to favour a climate of confidence and conviviality and quite simply relaxation after a day's work.
