The AUSY Group's growthdynamic has lead us to a strongrecruitmentdynamicsince 2006: internalgrowth (throughrecruitment) is one of the main lines of the Group's major development, whichforeseeshiring no lessthan 600 engineersthroughout 2010. This number bears witness to AUSY's attractiveness to young engineers as well as more experienced professionals. 

The mergers with other entities and companies realized in 2009 and ones to come should increase this attractiveness even more. 

Despite the economic crises , the AUSY Group is reinforcing its position among the leading recruiters in France, and in particular in the different regions.
